Priti Purushothaman, MD, FAPA, is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Purushothaman received her medical degree from Govt. Medical College, Bhavnagar, India.
She completed residency in Psychiatry at University Hospitals of Cleveland, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. She completed her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and fellowship in Community Psychiatry at University Hospitals of Cleveland, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr Purushothaman is double board certified in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Prior to moving to Orlando, Florida in August 2019, Dr Purushothaman served as a faculty psychiatrist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She also served as an Assistant Professor at Ohio State University.
Dr Purushothaman has a special interest in ADHD and pediatric mood and anxiety disorders. Dr Purushothaman is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
